Common problems
About
These are some of the injuries, pains that clients come in with regularly. Are you any of these people?

Upper back pain
Do you suffer from a sore upper back? Do you suffer from tight shoulders? Do you train? Do you work with heavy materials at work? Do you work over head? Do you race motorcycles? Whatever the cause may be we have a solution. The back is a very complex part of the human body, especially in and around the thoracic region. It has a lot to do. The whole body is supported, it has the arms to work, it has your head to hold.
The rhomboid muscles which attach on to your scapula and to your spine are a large muscle group I also see a lot of motorcyclists suffering with this muscle tightness, from wresting with 200kg machines at 200mph or motocross riders wrestling close to 150kg in deep sand and being able to throw them around. Crossfit, gym workouts, pull ups, overhead press.
All these actions begin here.
Don't you ever send your car for a service? Why wouldn't you have your body serviced, why strain muscles continuously without having them checked? Those knots you get in your back why settle for that pain to only slow down your training or let them stiffen up your flexibility to not only cause injury but to cause struggle in every day life.
Rhomboids create a strong thoracic region and also help maintain a strong posture, with a lot of people spending time in seated positions at work this can cause the rhomboids to become very weak and this is something we don't want.
Trapezius muscles. The bull neck, the top of the shoulders, this is another serious area, and a lot of people can suffer with these muscles being tight or being inflamed. Stiff neck? Ever had one? Of course you have. Can you think of anything as annoying? Highly doubt it.
These muscles are quite beautiful when they're all tensed up aren't they, although, they can be a pain when they're not functioning.
These muscles also rotate your head, tilt your head, lift your shoulders, all the cool important stuff. Problems when they are tight can be even as simple as a sore head as these muscles also attach into the back of the skull.

Lower Back pain?
Lower back pain, it really is a pain? Do you sit down at desks a lot? Drive a lot? Heavy lifting?
Here's the long and short of it. Everything affects everyone differently. Simple tests that can be performed in the clinic can help us find what it is we are preparing for.
Sciatica, is a very difficult thing to help, also a very common thing, ever feel like you cant move or you get that dreaded pain down the leg that almost brings you to your knees?
Well we can work that out with different types of rubs, different CPDs for example finding where is tight and we are also able to offer acupuncture then, Cupping also is there to help provide some blood flow to the area. It is far from impossible to sort, fill out a contact form we will contact you with advice.

Consultations
Upon your first appointment to our clinic, we talk about our consultations.

Consultations usually take around half an hour. The reason for consultations are simple in fact, they help us to understand each other, they help us plan out what in fact we are looking to improve and help us understand what the client actually want from the therapy session. it lets us have time to find out a little about each other and also lets us get all our legal requirements sorted, so we don't eat into your session time.

This only happens on your first appointment to the clinic. After that we don't need to do a consultation unless there are changes in circumstances.
